Dolomites, the positives are five. The postponement to Mestre is almost certain

Renato Lauria, coach of the Belluno Dolomites

Confirmed the feelings of Friday when training was suspended. “The sessions will only resume tomorrow”

BELLUNO

Five positive cases, with the fear of a small internal outbreak. And now the match scheduled in a week in Mestre is in serious risk of being postponed. Indeed, it is practically certain that you will not be able to play.

The Dolomiti Bellunesi confirms the rumors and communicates the total number of players infected by Covid, but the figure could rise. That there was a problem in this sense was understood on Friday, when training was suspended as a precaution.

However, the company reserved the right not to comment, but yesterday afternoon made the situation official in a note.

“In recent days, new cases of positivity to Covid have emerged within the team group”, reads. “Cases that, at the moment, amount to five. The situation is monitored and under control, but the training sessions have been suspended to allow the necessary checks to be carried out. The sessions on the green rectangle of Sedico will resume on Monday (tomorrow, ed.) And will be preceded by another round of pads ».

Due to the heavy numerical defections, the request for postponement seems obvious, once the positive picture is clear. However, more will be known in the next few days and in this sense the Belluno Dolomites must not be unbalanced.

“With respect to the game, it is still premature to formulate any type of assessment or scenario”.
