Built inside an old RAF airport, the Silverstone track has undergone changes in the last decade and now measures 5,891 meters. Since 1950 there has been a grand prix of the world championship Formula 1 and the first winner was Farina on Alfa Romeo. It is a substantially fast circuit with corners to be connected alternating with slower areas. The downforce will be crucial as well as the balance of the car. There are two Drs areas, the first coming out of turn 5 to get to turn 6, the second after the famous Maggots, Becketts and Chapel sequence. The race will cover 52 laps for a total of 306 kilometers.
