Miccoli, sentenced from the first degree with shortened procedure to 3 and a half years, sentence confirmed also on appeal and now in the Supreme Court, in the trial of Lauricella declared: “I had fun with him, but I didn’t know he was the son of a mobster. However, he is a person I love “.

A story that now dates back to over ten years ago. From the interceptions also emerged insulting phrases pronounced by Miccoli and Lauricella against the judge Giovanni Falcone which caused quite a stir.
