Three titles and two bronze medals for the representatives of Avis Canavesana The sprinter from Strambino imposes himself in the Sm35 both in the 60 and in the 200 meters

The Italian Indoor Championships reserved for the SM35 + category give a prize for the Avis Atletica Canavesana. Conquered three Italian titles and two bronzes, absolute protagonists Massimiliano Fenocchio and Roberto Dello Stritto.
Fenocchio won a historic double by winning both the 60 and the 200. In Ancona he was among the favorites but in speed the false start is always around the corner. In the short test the Strambinese improved by one hundredth, winning clearly with the time trial of 7 ”21, beating the sprinter of Athletics Rivera Aligi Pasqualetto by twelve hundredths. The victory over 200 is more difficult on paper, but Fenocchio controlled the opponent by beating him by three cents. In his first year in the SM35 category, Massimiliano hit the target after a long hard training journey. Born in Atletica Strambino, where he was registered for the first time in 2006, he joined Avis Atletica Canavesana starting from the 2013 season. Fenocchio boasts personal records of value such as 10 “91 out of 100 signed in 2009 in Alessandria, 21” 83 out of the 200 dated 2015. Out of the 400 he boasts a personal best of 49 ”82. He works in the bank and recently trained in Ivrea at the de Witt facility.
Italian title in the SM55 category for Roberto Dello Stritto who won the 60 hs race in 10 ”99. Always a member of Avis, Dello Stritto has also tried his hand at 200, finishing in eleventh position. Among the seven Canavesana athletes who took to the track, Paolo Ferrari’s third place in the 800 SM55 is worth mentioning. The middle distance runner was also the protagonist of the 1500s finished in fifth position. At the female level, bronze medal for Roberta Persico on the 60 SF55 courses in 8 ”90. A welcome return to society after several years of membership in Liguria.
Close to the podium Ivana Ferrio who collected a double fourth place over 200 and 400 in the SF50 category. Sixth place for Fulvio Biesta on the 400 SM55. For Emanuela Bolattino seventh place on the 60 SF55.
