Who will be the next presidents of the regional Fisi and the provincial Fisi?

The four-year Olympic period is over and the Italian winter sports federation is called upon to elect the management cadres of the various levels (in the provincial, regional and national order) for the four years that will lead to Milan Cortina 2026. However, nothing is yet known about the election date. Little is also known about the candidates and the sides that will go down in the electoral arena.

Also because, first, the knot of the three mandates, the maximum limit established by law, a knot on which several lawyers are working and the Coni Guarantee College, which is the supervisory authority on the various federations, must be resolved.

As for the Veneto committee, if the possibility of exceeding the limit of mandates should be declared, the candidacy of Roberto Bortoluzzinumber one in regional skiing since the early 2000s. Another well-known name in Belluno’s sport and tourism could contend with him: in fact, that of Renzo Minella, former president of the ropeway systems of Veneto, in the past also president of Dolomiti Turismo. The possibility of some candidacy coming from the plain is not excluded.

For candidacies, alignments and strategies, a lot will depend on what decisions will be made regarding whether or not those who have already made three terms of office can also nominate.

The same goes for the provincial movement, led by the early 2000s by Federica Monti. The provincial and regional elections should take place during the summer, while the national one between September and October.

Here, the candidate should be Flavio Roda, who has completed his third term. The first term lasted onlyyou two years and this fact is one of the issues around which we are working to understand if the Emilian manager will be able to reapply. Meanwhile, last week the federation officially announced the composition of the national teams (both as regards the athletes and the technical staff) for next season. The risk is that the new president could find himself with the team already made by the old one. If then old and new will be the same person, the problem will not arise.
