“The youth sector of the Belluno Dolomites will be strengthened and improved from the point of view of organizational, logistical and quality processes”. This is clearly stated by the new head of the nursery, Ivan Da Riz.

In particular, the club will continue to embrace the entire territory, starting an even more dense and targeted collaboration with the football realities of the province. And it will always rely on the three poles for basic activity: in Belluno, Feltre and Sedico.

«We are the reference company in the area – continues Da Riz – and we will remain in the area in the most absolute way. We want to raise the level in various ways: also in terms of facilities, given that new artificial turf fields are being created ». One of which in Rasai di Seren del Grappa.

«The desire to improve logistics and organization is not linked to the fact that we have not worked well this season – urges the head of the nursery -. We are simply talking about a complex mechanism and must be oiled ».

The objectives are clear: «Not so much to conquer titles, but to teach children a certain way of doing sport and to develop their talent. Winning is the consequence, not the end ». The key verb is “to collaborate”: «The Dolomiti Bellunesi is a driving force for the football movement, but it is above all a resource for the entire province. It is no coincidence that a specific project will be presented shortly ».
