PARMA. Genoa returns to win after a period of decline, beating Parma 2-1 in comeback. Scamacca’s double from the bench was decisive, overturning the Eurogol in Pellè’s first half. Three gold points for the rossoblùs who visibly move away from the most dangerous areas of the standings, forcing D’Aversa’s team to take a bad step backwards after the victory against Roma. The Gialloblù remain penultimate to -4 from salvation, considering however that that place is occupied by Turin with two games less.
The balance at the Tardini lasts just over a quarter of an hour and is broken by a wonderful goal from Graziano Pellè, who returns to the Serie A goal with a reverse feat, propitiated by a header from Kucka. The Ligurians have a hard time coming out and never scare Sepe, so Ballardini tries to run for cover by throwing Scamacca and Pjaca into the fray already at the beginning of the second half. It is the young Italian forward who overturned the game in about twenty minutes, finding in the 50 ‘first the 1-1 on an assist from Zappacosta, then the beautiful goal of the 2-1 Genoa in the 70’ with a great right from outside area. Parma is not there and tries to counterattack creating an excellent opportunity with Man, who heads off all alone a few meters away from Perin, but directed too centrally, favoring the goalkeeper’s parade. In the final, the desperate assaults of the Crusaders are not successful and at the triple whistle Genoa can celebrate.
