by admin

The former cyclist today (also) Instagram influencer Ignazio Moser talked about himself between his daily training and that in view of the Milan Marathon

Bike, weights and running. Ignazio Moser, captain of the advanced team in the Be Active project launched by Gazzetta Active , is training for the Milan Marathon on May 16th. But sport, cycling and fitness have always been part of his lifestyle. Son of art, former road cyclist and pistard, Moser told us about his relationship with sporting activity. Inevitably changed in this period of quarantine due to the emergency dictated by the Coronavirus.

How did Ignazio train during this period?

“I chose to train bodyweight (adding some weight) at Parco Sempione in Milan. Inevitably, habits have changed: I used to train at least 3-4 times in the gym. In any case, I always try to include two sessions dedicated to cardio, then run or bike “.

Do you go cycling in Milan too?

“In the city I struggle more, not only for a panoramic view, but also and above all because it is more dangerous. I’m used to the routes of Trentino, when I’m in Trento taking a bike is inevitable!”.

How do you live your training? Listening to music?

“No, I avoid listening to music. When I’m on my bike I like to listen to the road, also for safety reasons. In general, when I train I don’t like having distractions. I think sport is also a good time to think,” I dedicate myself to the activity I am doing with the utmost concentration “.

“The motivation. It’s all in the sport and it must always be found, it must be built. When I was racing on a bike, I had more real motivations. But behind any goal there must be!”

And now, what is its goal?

“Getting in shape for the summer, which is why I increase the intensity of cardio as the summer approaches. Also in view of the Milan Marathon 2021…”.

“I don’t like to lose, I’m not a loser. I hope those who join my team can share this philosophy.”
