The youth sector of Independiente Ivrea (women’s football) will change location both for training and for matches.
They will no longer be in Pavone Canavese, the young players from Ivrea will be on stage both in Albiano d’Ivrea and in Caravino. The matches will take place in Albiano d’Ivrea, while the Caravino field will be used for training, as explained by the manager of the Independiente Ivrea youth sector, Gianfranco Bruno: “In the next season we will be able to use no more than one structure, but two of them and for us this aspect is very important, because we can plan the training sessions better. Another novelty – says Bruno – is represented by the fact that we will have an under 17 team, led by mister Paola Cordella, last year under the under 15. It will be registered in a regional championship, as well as the under 15, 12 and 10. As for the under 15, the coach will be Emiliano Iannone and that of the under 10 Walter Soggia, while we are still evaluating who could be the under 12 coach. In addition – continues Bruno – ours intention is to create an under 8 that, as support coach will have Franco Seren Rosso. Our goal is to work to make the youth sector grow more and more, both from a technical and a human point of view. with our young players they have a lot of enthusiasm and will to finally return to normality ».
“We have organized three days for the month of September – adds Bruno – of open doors, Monday 6, Wednesday 8 and Friday 10 in Caravino, in which all girls and girls aged 5 to 17 can come and try to train with our qualified and licensed technicians. Technical lessons will be held from 6 to 7 pm – explains Bruno – in which the main objectives are to have fun and learn a sport like football that embraces values such as aggregation, respect for the rules and friendship. We are very enthusiastic to propose this event and we hope that many young players will be attracted by this novelty for the entire Canavese football scene ».
The Independiente Ivrea therefore, after the first team, in women’s Serie C, wants to start again with great determination, focusing strongly on the youth sector. –
