by admin

The 400 million euro capital increase announced by Juventus as part of the capital strengthening operations will be carried out by the end of 2021. This is what the company foresees, which in a note informs that it has signed a pre-underwriting agreement with the Joint Global Coordinators, namely Goldman Sachs International, JP Morgan AG, Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA and UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking. On the basis of the agreement, the Joint Global Coordinators have undertaken to enter into a guarantee agreement for the subscription and release of the newly issued shares that should not be subscribed at the end of the unexercised rights auction. Exor, majority shareholder of Juventus with 63.8% of the share capital, has already committed to subscribe the portion of the share capital increase pertaining to it.
