Ten points in the first four league games played and lead in the standings, albeit in cohabitation with the Certosa, in the second category Y group. The season of Mr. Diego Santoro’s Lomellina began with three wins and a draw: the red and white team dreams of staying at the top for a long time and playing for a prestigious goal.
“We do not set limits – Santoro underlines – I think I have a competitive squad for the category and therefore my boys must be aware that they can be protagonists in the championship”. The beginning of the season was promising: in the first four rounds there were three victories – against Virtus Lomellina, Vellezzo Bellini and Lacchiarella – and a draw, gained away on the field of Rosatese. «I am satisfied – comments Santoro – we started with some numerical difficulties in terms of the squad and we have only been able to work with acceptable numbers for a few weeks. Despite this, the boys gave everything and did well, the results so far are rewarding us ». The latest success came away on the field of Lacchiarella, a 2-0 thanks to the goals in the second half of Dodaj and Aguggia. Now the attention of the biancorossoneri is all for the next championship match: on Sunday 17 the Gravellonese arrives at the Fantelli in Mede, a match in which Lomellina will try to follow up on the positive streak. –
