Milan embraces Bakayoko: “Coming back here was my dream” – Sport – Football

Milan, 30 August 2021 – Now there are also the so-called official trappings: after having sustained and passed the medical examinations yesterday, Tiémoué Bakayoko returns to wear the Milan shirt. The French midfielder born in 1994 returns to the Rossoneri with the formula of two-year loan with redemption right (set at 15 million euros) which however, it can become an obligation upon the occurrence of certain conditions, as communicated by the same club in via Aldo Rossi: “AC Milan is pleased to announce that it has acquired, on a temporary two-year basis with the option of definitive acquisition which becomes an obligation upon the occurrence of certain conditions, the right to the sporting performances of the midfielder Tiémoué Bakayoko from Chelsea FC ”, reads the note released by Milan itself”.

Bakayoko’s words

I have great memories of Milan. In 2018-2019 it didn’t start well but then everyone showed me great affection and for this reason, since I left, I always thought I would come back. This time there will also be the Champions League stage: “In 2018/2019 we missed it by a whisker and for this reason I was very sorry at the end of the season.
