Municipal stadium of Sanremo: the European call for tenders is underway. It was prepared yesterday for the granting of the concession for use and management, with changing rooms and appurtenances, for 5 years, possibly renewable up to 4 more years. Investments are expected to be made to secure the roof of the south grandstand for an amount of at least 250,000 euros for a total of 9 years, to be borne by the contractor of the service concession. Regardless of who will be the successful bidder, the use of the facility subject to the call must be guaranteed for all official home games and for the finishing training.
Furthermore, the concessionaire will have to take as its own the social purposes that motivated the construction of the facility: to guarantee its widest use to favor and promote sporting activity; promote and guarantee the widest diffusion of territorial sports associations, of the entities that have the requisites and that request them.
