The Rally Bellunese edition 36 and its news. The count down began yesterday in view of the classic rally of the province, the one that has inflamed fans for years. An edition postponed by one month compared to the previous ones, which will take place on 22 and 23 May, which will almost certainly be without an audience and which presents some variations. There are obviously many organizational difficulties.
«In 2020», explains Achille Brik Selvestrel, president of Tre Cime Promotor, «after having organized the Alpe del Nevegal, disputed in full pandemic, we stopped to reflect. After discussing, despite the uncertainties related to the health emergency, none of us have considered the idea of raising the white flag. So we left again with new ideas and a great desire to do well so as not to let Rally Bellunese die ».
The president then enters into the merits of the changes.
«The first step was the launch of the new logo, inspired by the concepts of dynamism and modernity, components at the base of all motor racing. This was followed by the official opening of the virtual shop of the Rally Bellunese, inside which there are two distinct collections of clothing and accessories. We then relied on the professionalism of Mattia Collavino for the realization of the advertising video that promotes this edition in a captivating and engaging way ».
In conclusion, it can be said that almost everything has been done: “At present we have completed 90% of the works concerning events of this type”.
Another change is the route illustrated by Michele Coletti, Tre Cime collaborator.
«The novelty of this edition is a different format to meet the requirements of ACISport. We have therefore decided to move the departure from Santa Giustina to Lentiai, where the industrial area will be affected. There will be the departure, the arrival, the service park and the reorders. As for the special stages we will propose three, slightly revised compared to the last edition. We will start with three passes in the Lentiai test, which measures 7.2 kilometers; then we will go to the municipality of Cesio Maggiore with two passages of 6, 8 kilometers and we will conclude with the historic and demanding test of Melere ». –
