The Orgoglio Pavese club, a reality of the cheering organized for Riso Scotti Pavia, temporarily suspends the activity, due to the quota entrances to the PalaRavizza (capacity at 35%) and the need to keep the seats spaced, while inviting to support the team in any case which will debut in the league on Sunday by hosting Varese. President Lele Caserio asked to meet them for clarification.
“We suspend the activity pending the return of the possibility of cheering and making a group – explains a statement from the club – At this moment, due to the limitations provided for by the anti-Covid protocols, this is not possible. However, we invite everyone to support the team in any way possible ».
«It is a fact that has struck me very much – observes Caserio – I want to meet the management of the Pride to try to understand and meet their needs, as far as we are concerned. We believe that our audience is not only important, but even crucial. We would like PalaRavizza to become a fort, but without the help of our fans it is impossible. I have the image of the last game of the playoffs of last spring against Livorno, with a very limited reopening to the public, I had hoped it was the prelude to a more massive return and I still hope so ».
