Point-to-point match with playoff rhythms, Pavia proudly replies to the guests but in the end it pays for the efforts of the tour de force

The winning streak of Riso Scotti Punto Edile stops at seven, defeated on the home floor by a tough Crema in a play-off style match. The Cremaschi appeared fresher than Pavia, which suffered from a busy week with two intense matches and the trip to Palermo: this is also demonstrated by the many free throws. If we add that Apuzzo (protagonist of the Sicilian blitz) was missing due to muscular resentment, the picture is complete. The Pavesi threw all the energy they had onto the pitch, they fought with pride to the end, but every time they managed to catch up with their opponents, Montanari, Pederzini and Arrigoni responded in style. The Scotti will now enjoy two days of rest to recharge the batteries. Before the duo, Ferdinando Nasello was awarded as a Serie B MVP for February.

Sprint solution
The triple from an angry Torgano doesn’t make Crema escape but Pederzini is a machine. Piazza announces that Pavia will not give up until the end (52 – 56, 30 ‘). A lost by Donadoni for steps, allows Montanari the basket, which is answered by three D’Alessandro. Pederzini beats D’Alessandro in penetration and then suffers a foul (55 – 61, 31 ‘). Torgano two triples in a row and a tie (61 – 61, 32 ‘). Montanari then messes with Saladini and Arrigoni from the line the decisive draw, because Pavia tries but will no longer be able to return (61 – 65, 34 ‘). –
