Rome, April 5, 2022 – Un autistic child mocked by chatting teachers, heavy messages written on WhatsApp in a group created specifically to “badmouth” the six-year-old. The association denounced it “The battle of Andrea“, a Neapolitan reality that fights to defend the disabled. The story would have happened in one primary school in Romewhere a mother would have discovered by chance the chat on a WhatsApp group that would have been specially created by her teachers of the child, both role and support, to “badmouth” the child.
“If what her mother said were to be true – she comments Asia Marauccipresident of the association – would be very serious. We are confident that la school will clarify
the situation and, above all, we are sure that the competent bodies will do their duty, especially for the good of the little one. On our part and on the part of our lawyer Sergio Pisani – concludes the president -, there is all the assistance to the family, and especially to little Luca ”. It had been the same association to denounce, in recent months, the shocking phrases about the disabled written on social networks by a policeman from Afagola, in the Neapolitan area: this is what had happened.

According to what was announced by the association, “the teachers would even rejoice when the little one was forced to stay at home because he was infected by Covid”. To inform the association was the mother of the child, in turn warned by an educational worker for autonomy. “She made me read these messages – says the baby’s mother – I stayed upset and incredulous. I immediately went to school to ask for explanations, but the support teacher refused to answer me ”.
