Salernitana, the FIGC alerts the lawyers – Sport

by admin

SALERNO – Legal Office of the Italian Football Federation alerted to ensure compliance by Salernitana with the provisions of the internal federal rules on timeshare which indicate the absolute prohibition of holding two professional clubs as is currently the case of Claudio Lotito, patron of both club grenade and Lazio, both of which should serve in Serie A next season.

The danger. Conditional on the registration of the grenade club for now dictated by the fact that the two current owners Lotito and Marco Mezzaroma must sell the company by June 25th as established in the Federal Council last Monday 17. It is also strengthened by the irrefutable data that the president of the FIGC, Gabriele Gravina, clearly reiterated in public that “the rule must be respected and that there will be no exceptions, since Lotito had long been aware of what was happening and then would have re-proposed in terms of timeshare”.
