The Veneto Regional Committee (Crv) chaired by Sandro Trevisan met the entire staff of the new technical structure in Silea.
“We are going to face a difficult challenge, but we do it aware of where we want to go” said Trevisan “Crv can and must become a structure serving clubs more and more: the technical aspect is a priority, especially in Veneto, and on this an ambitious project has been built as a priority, taking into account the consequences of two years affected by Covid ».
Each club will have a direct contact person for the technical area, the Club Training Technician, a figure who will integrate with the Crv Technical Structure, becoming an active part of it. The Tfc will be indicated by each club and will be able to make use of an intense training program organized by the Crv which includes: 10 theoretical and practical courses, free participation in training and refresher courses organized by the Crv. The following offices were then officialized: Alberto Bartolini (regional development coordinator), Francesco Mazzariol (technical coordinator), Elisa Facchini (promotion & development), Diego Bressan (5-a-side rugby development), Mario Pavin (male and female support technician), Massimo Camerin (Minirugby races), Giovanni Fontana and Stefano Breda (physical-athletic trainers). Finally, there is a pool of 22 support technicians divided by geographic area.
