According to the police, the shooting took place at Graceland Cemetery, where several people were saluting the 37enne Da’Shontay Lucas King Jr. Some family members of the deceased would have been affected.
According to local media reports, the deceased would have been killed by the police last March 20, near a checkpoint where he was stopped as part of a weapons investigation. The man allegedly got out of the car armed and refused to carry out the agents’ orders to stop and hand over the weapon. A policeman would then shoot and the man would be killed instantly.
