Today, however, access was allowed only to skiers who had purchased exclusively online for ski passes, daily or multi-day. Everyone had to exhibit Green pass and valid document, except for children under 12, and wear surgical mask or ffp2 worn correctly, to cover the mouth and nose. Compliance with the anti-Covid regulations was guaranteed by the controls organized “in a punctual and massive manner” by the personnel of the plants with the support of the local police, carabinieri and financial police.

Where you can ski

In this first phase, the area offers the opportunity to ski on the Swiss side thanks to the link with Zermatt and on the Plateau Rosa, for a total of about 15 kilometers of slopes out of the 340 available. On the Italian side which also includes Valtournenche, Chamois and Torgnon artificial snowmaking operations are taking place, waiting for the ‘natural’ snow, and next week we will decide when to open. The winter season in Cervinia will last until May 1st 2022.
