STRAMBINO

After a couple of years as a coach, Giorgio Pallante, 37, decided to take off his coaching suit and put on his shoes again and return to play, but above all to score goals for Strambinese 1924.

This is the biggest news for the company of president Antonio Grassino, who last Friday, 2 July, presented the new coach to the team: Mario Pesce. Also present were the sporting director Mattia Greppi, the head of the youth sector Beppe Varsalona and the club secretary Alfio Quarello. Happy with the choice made, the new coach Pesce is already loaded and ready for the challenge: “I can’t wait to start training on Monday 16 August, given that the first official match, according to what came out of the first federal statement last Thursday, 1 July, Sunday 5 September we will have the first match of the Piedmont Cup, while a week later (12 September) the championship will begin ».

In addition to Mario Pesce, his brother Clemente will also be on the bench at the Strambinese 1924, who will act as second coach and one of the main objectives will be to bring as many players as possible from the youth sector to the first team. There is a lot of work to do, but the Strambinese management is ready to take up the challenge, aware of having hired a technician, Pesce, who is extremely prepared above all to work daily with young people: the experience gained in recent years in Banchette teaches us. –
