The Agonistica Giovani Valbelluna becomes Valbelluna Ski Academy. In recent days, the board has sanctioned the continuation of the project born a few ago from the synergy between some ski clubs in the Alps, but expanding the offer. In addition to the athletes of the Youth category, in fact, from next season the activity will also concern those of the Students category.
«Continuity is ensured by the reconfirmation of Giusepppe Costa in the role of technical manager of the team. In addition, he will also take care of athletic training, assisted by the athletic trainer Paolo Artico “, reads a note from Valbelluna Ski Academy,” in recent years there has been a significant decrease in the Boys / Students category, therefore it is necessary to join forces to allow the continuation of the activity and facilitate the passage of Children to the Junior competitive category. In this season, agonistic has involved some boys competing in the Children (Allievi, ed), with good results both in terms of performance and adaptation to a different environment. Therefore it was decided to give continuity to this opening, providing the possibility to include among the members participating in the sporting activity even children falling within the category of Students. The athletic training will begin shortly », the note continues,« the foresees of outings on the glacier for a total of 30/40 summer days for the Children category and 50/55 for the Youth category. The season will continue at full capacity with 4/5 training sessions per week, plus the races ».
