Hangzhou Daily News from the China Chess Association, the Chinese Chess National Men’s Team Asian Games Trials ended on the 24th at the Hangzhou Branch of the China Chess Academy. Ding Liren, Ma Qun, Wei Yi, Bu Xiangzhi and Xu Xiangyu formed a team to go to the Asian Games. In the men’s team lineup, veteran Zhang Zhong was not selected.

This competition is the second stage of the selection competition. The 6 participating chess players have a total of 10 rounds of double-loop competition. The top five represent the Chinese team in the Asian Games. Among them, Zhang Zhong, Ma Qun and Xu Xiangyu are promoted from the first stage.
