The poster created by Li Jie, a teacher from the School of Design Art of China Academy of Art and the mascot designer of the 4th Asian Paralympic Games, is named “Good News”. Li Jie revealed that her daughter also gave her inspiration and help during the design process. “The hand-painted cartoon version of Feifei on “Good News” was actually drawn by my daughter. When I created this poster, she was sitting in a wheelchair with a broken bone, so she followed me to draw. The image of Feifei I originally drew was more mature But after the comparison, I felt that the child’s brushstrokes were more simple and simple, so I finally referred to the image she painted.”
On July 28, 2021, the Asian Organizing Committee issued an invitation to the Hangzhou Asian Games official poster design collection to the world, which lasted 94 days. Designers from all over the world, including Asia, Europe, America and Oceania, actively signed up, and received a total of 1,789 entries from home and abroad. The designers include not only well-known domestic and foreign designers who have been in the industry for many years, but also young artists and design lovers.
