With immediate effect, the registration system for the Hangzhou Asian Games is fully online. The “Guidelines for Registration for the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou 2022” and other normative guidance documents will be released through the registration system. At the same time, registration applications for all domestic and overseas customer groups (except audiences) are officially opened. .
It is reported that the registration time for the Hangzhou Asian Games is from December 10, 2021, Beijing time to May 10, 2022 (the registration time for media personnel is from November 10, 2021 to April 10, 2022). In the early stage, the registration center has provided information to athletes, national (regional) Olympic committees, members of the OCA family, international dignitaries (including VIPs, observer groups), international individual sports organizations, Asian individual sports organizations, text and photojournalists, The seven major customer groups of Hangzhou Asian Games, including broadcasters and sponsors (market partners), sent registration contact emails.
Up to now, the Hangzhou Asian Organizing Committee has formally established a registered liaison officer system with the Olympic Committees of 44 Asian countries (regions), 32 Asian individual sports organizations, and 5 international individual sports organizations. In the future, the registration center is expected to provide the “full network online registration” service for the approximately 200,000 customer groups of the Hangzhou Asian Games, and deliver the Hangzhou Asian Games identity registration card after the registration is completed.
From July 10, 2022, the registration center will issue identity registration cards to be activated to all responsible units of the customer group.
