Yesterday morning, in fact, the Juventus captain Michele Antonutti got the green light from Asufc after the negative outcome of the molecular control swab that verified his recovery from Covid and, together with team manager Roberto Gavazza, reached his teammates in withdraw. The “Cigno di Colloredo” immediately showed up at the sports hall for a first athletic session and in the afternoon he did all the training with the rest of the team.
The program for this pre-season phase includes two daily workouts, except Saturday, when only one morning workout will take place. The session at 9.30 is mainly focused on the athletic part, while the afternoon session at 17.30 is based on basketball with the improvement of technical-tactical aspects.
The inclusion of new Udine purchases is proceeding in the best possible way.
