The opening of the 2nd Zhejiang Intellectual Games

Play with Jiahe, and win the future with wisdom. On the morning of June 16, the 2nd Zhejiang Province Intellectual Games opened in the beautiful Nanbei Lake of Haiyan.

Four years ago, Jiaxing took over the “relay baton” to host the second Zhejiang Province Intellectual Games. Four years later, Jiaxing is going all out to present a wonderful “Intelligence Games” event.

The Zhejiang Intellectual Games is the highest-level and largest comprehensive intellectual sports event in Zhejiang Province, which is approved by the provincial government and held every four years. This year’s Smart Games focuses on sports to promote common prosperity, sports to revitalize rural areas, and sports digital reform, highlighting the characteristics of “ecology, expansion, sharing, and frugality”.

In addition to the original five chess and one card projects, seven new competitions have been added, including e-sports, electronic production, sailing, aviation, car modeling, programming, and orientation, which not only enriches the fashion connotation and coverage of intellectual sports, but also allows Intellectual sports go outdoors, take green mountains and clear waters as the natural arena for sports, ignite passion and release tension, and strive to create a multi-span integrated development model of sports + tourism + culture.

From June 10th to June 13th, the four events of Go, chess, bridge and vehicle model have been successfully completed. The Jiaxing team achieved good results in these events with 3 golds, 1 silver and 2 bronzes. Among them, the Go event won two gold medals in the men’s team and women’s team, and the three-player team won silver medals. The bridge event won the mixed team gold medal and the men’s team bronze medal. The chess event won the bronze medal in the mixed team of college students.

With the opening of the 2nd Zhejiang Intellectual Games, more events will be launched. On the same day, the orienteering project was held at Nanbei Lake in Haiyan, the sailing model project was held at the Star Pavilion dam of Nanbei Lake, Haiyan County, and the aviation model was held at the Orange Flying Camp in Nanbei Lake, Haiyan County; on June 21, the backgammon, international checkers, and electronic production projects were held; On June 26th, the chess game will start; on June 27th, the e-sports and programming projects will start. The competition of various projects will continue until the end of June.
