From October 23 to 26, the 11th National Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics Blind Judo Competition was held in the Cultural and Sports Hall of the Lintong Campus of Xi’an Polytechnic University, with 87 representatives from 14 provinces. The athletes competed fiercely in the 4-day schedule and a total of 18 gold medals were decided.

This judo competition for the blind is divided by weight level, and there are 9 levels for men and women each according to weight. It is worth mentioning that the last two days of the competition set up two levels of undifferentiated competitions for men and women. The outstanding athletes of each regular level competed again in the undifferentiated competition, making the competition more intense, and the final decision was made for women below 57 kg. , 4 gold medals of undifferentiated level above 63 kg, men below 73 kg and men above 81 kg.
