The Pavia Academy ready to challenge the pandemic

PAVIA

The only football match that will be played regularly next weekend in the province of Pavia will be that of group A of women’s Serie C between the girls of the Pavia Academy and the Lucchese. The match, scheduled at Fortunati (kick-off at 2.30 pm) is valid for the 14th first leg. Thanks to the postponement of the recovery of the match between Pavia and Ardor Lazzate di Excellence there will be no overlap between the two events, making an advance on Saturday for the Academy’s commitment useless.

The women’s C championship, as a national one, has never stopped even if the Pavia Academy has to recover four games due to some postponements. After the postponements with Pinerolo, Ternana and Fiamma Monza, also last Sunday the girls of Mr. Corrado Martinotti did not take the field in Perugia in the 13th first leg, after the stop requested by the Umbrian society for the positivity of some of their players.

Sunday, therefore, the return to the field against Lucchese. All recoveries have already been scheduled: on February 2 the Pavia Academy will be away in Pinerolo and on the 6 in Terni, while on March 13 the Fiamma Monza will arrive at Fortunati; on March 16 the blue will face the away match in Perugia.

Meanwhile, the Women’s Department of the NLD has made official the advance to Saturday 29 January of the trip for the 15th and final day of the Pavia Academy, engaged on the island of Maddalena in Sardinia on the Caprera field. –
