Only one day after the last quarter-finals, the two women’s semi-finals of the Roland-Garros tournament take place on Thursday, June 8, on the Philippe-Chatrier court.
Aryna Sabalenka (2e world player) and Karolina Muchova (43e) will open the ball – not before 3 p.m. – to try to obtain the first ticket synonymous with the final (followed live on Lemonde.fr). If the Belarusian, better ranked, will start as the favorite, she will have to be very wary of her opponent of the day: the Czech has conceded only one set in five games (against Nadia Podoroska in the second round).
