The rules of yellow. From 3 January the province of Cuneo, like the rest of Piedmont, has changed color

The rules of yellow. Since yesterday the province of Cuneo, like the rest of Piedmont, has passed into the “yellow zone”. All foretold, given the exceeding of the threshold as regards the parameters of the incidence of cases (per 100 thousand inhabitants over seven days) and the occupancy rate of intensive care units and ordinary beds in hospitals.

A “crackdown” in the Covid emergency which, in practice, involves few changes, because it has already been exceeded by the contents of the Holiday Decree. With its restrictions to curb the spread of the infection. First of all, the obligation to wear a mask even outdoors (throughout Italy).

The difference is made by the “strengthened” Green Pass (ie with completed vaccination or coronavirus recovery). If until Sunday, for example, you can use public or private means of transport with the “Basic Pass” (vaccines, healing or tampon), from Monday you can only do it with the “super certificate”. On the other hand, the «Basic Pass» is sufficient for taxis, car rental up to 9 seats and own vehicles. In school transport, the requirement of “Enhanced Green” starts on Monday for children aged 12 and over.

In the world of skiing, from 10 January in the yellow zone you need an enhanced certificate to access the ski lifts. And what changes in bars and restaurants? The dead line is always drawn between Sunday and Monday. Deadline from which the “strong” Green Pass is also required to consume at the counter and table, both indoors and outdoors. As well as for catering inside hotels, even if reserved for guests staying.

To go to work (and to the canteen) the “basic model” is enough, except for the categories in which the vaccination obligation applies. Without the «Pass» you can access shops, shopping centers and public offices (to use the services). The same condition for high school students, while for the “colleagues” of universities and face-to-face training courses the “basic model” is required. A “squeeze”, on the other hand, regulates visits to health, residential, social welfare and hospice facilities: in addition to the “enhanced” certificate, a negative swab or the third dose of vaccine will be required.

And in your free time? «The“ strong ”Green Pass becomes mandatory from Monday for indoor and outdoor gyms, swimming pools and swimming centers – explain the Region -. Also to access changing rooms and showers in the facilities, as well as for team and contact sports, in sports centers and clubs, in any condition ».

In the yellow zone, the fact that the “super certificate” is needed for indoor shows in theaters, concert halls, cinemas, entertainment and live music venues, with 100% capacity. Similarly we will behave for exhibitions, museums, libraries and other places of culture, in festivals and fairs (also in public areas), conferences and congresses, wellness and spa centers, amusement parks and game rooms. However, never allowed to “consume food and drinks within the spaces where the event takes place”. While concerts, parties and other activities which, even in the open air, “involve gatherings” remain prohibited. Stop, without “strengthened” Green Pass, even the celebrations that follow civil and religious ceremonies. The latest “faq” of the government conclude that “the capacity of stadiums and arenas for sporting events must be 35% indoors and 50% outdoors”.
