I believe this skill is one of the skills that I have honed as a mother.
My luck was also that of living in Carlino: in the old barn we have recreated a gym and thanks to the support of Andrea, my husband and physical trainer, I can train continuously and literally a stone’s throw from home.
I must say that even work in the garden and in the vegetable garden has never been lacking, a variation on the more traditional training, a nice habit found with my return to the region after the first lockdown ».
THE PREPARATION FOR DOHA
After training in Friuli, in recent days he carried out the technical preparation in Genoa. «They were days of intense training on the platform and in the gym, but with moments of relaxation by the sea, walking through the Genoese hills and going to the theater.
All these activities always carried out with extreme care, in compliance with Covid-19 regulations with my reinforced Green Pass, to be sure of being able to leave for Doha where a severe lockdown awaits me: we can only move from the hotel (all delegations stay in a single structure) to the sports hall and vice versa.
