As a pioneer in the development of ice and snow sports and ice and snow tourism industry in Guizhou, Liupanshui has held a series of events in the winter tourism and ski season in Guizhou Province and the campus activities of ice and snow sports for 6 consecutive years, established the first ice and snow sports team in the province and participated in national events on behalf of Guizhou. He won the silver medal in the cross-country pulley competition of the 14th National Winter Games, and the first place in curling and land curling in the 2nd National Youth Games.
