The girls of the Vidigulfo Compressive Institute ranked first in the 2020-21 edition of “Girls at Play”, the project developed within Valori in Rete, the framework agreement between the FIGC and the Miur (the Ministry of Education, University and Research). An initiative that aimed to promote football practice among young students and give them the opportunity to play in a family environment, together with their teachers and classmates. An online edition given the Covid emergency which also affected the world of schools, but in which the girls of the Vidigulfo middle school participated with great enthusiasm under the guidance of their vice-principal Fabio Cassini.

Yesterday the Coordinator of the FIGC Lombardy School Youth Sector Professor Giuseppe Terraneo (who just yesterday concluded his assignment) and the Regional Delegate for the School Area within the Lombard Youth Sector Stefano Giulian carried out the award ceremony in presence at the Comprehensive Institute di Vidigulfo giving the principal Antonella Bignami a gold medal and an endowment of about thirty kits of the Italian national women’s soccer team to be made available to the students.
