The Raschiani Triathlon Pavese won the Federtriathlon national duathlon circuit for the sixth time in a row. The company of president Andrea Libanore thus continues its undisputed domination which from 2016 to today sees it constantly in first place nationally. No company has ever won the title of the racing – bike – racing specialty so many times.

«I am very satisfied – explains Libanore – we won once again and the successes in a row would be seven if we also consider the first place in the” Circuito Unico “two years ago, which was skipped due to the pandemic. Now let’s think about the absolute club championship ». The 2022 duathlon circuit included four races and in the last one, held in Pesaro and valid as the Italian classic duathlon championship, President Libanore’s team placed Riccardo Brighi in second place overall. All the other verdeneri at the start also behaved very well: Mattia Zontini finished sixth overall and became Italian champion in the S3 category of specialties. In the S1 category Lorenzo D’Altri finished seventh, Elia Zenobi twelfth, Marco Faversani thirteenth, Daniele Chiarelli fourteenth and Guglielmo Gilardi fifteenth. In the women, Sara Savoia fifth overall and second in the S1 category, despite a fall on her bike; excellent race for Chiara Cavalli, sixth overall and third in S1. Third in the S2 category Simona Fiorini. On the other hand, Alice Capone’s race was unfortunate, she was in excellent physical condition but finished in thirty-first place, as she was penalized by a bicycle route error under the hail when she was fourth overall. –
