Two Chinese snooker players Liang Wenbo and Li Hang have been banned for life by the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA).

The duo have evidence of match-fixing, as well as recruiting other players for match-fixing and betting on matches, according to the WPBSA, the organization said on Tuesday. The two players can appeal the decision until June 20th.

The WPBSA suspended eight other Chinese players, including former UK Championship winner Zhao Xintong for one year and eight months and 2021 Masters champion Yan Bingtao for five years.
