UBS offers a billion to buy Credit Suisse. But the bank rejects the offer - Economy

UBS is offering $1 billion to buy Credit Suisse. The Financial Times reports it, quoting some sources, according to which the operation is entirely in securities.

But, according to reports from the Bloomberg agency, Credit Suisse would be against the offer. It would be pushing it back supported by its largest shareholder.
