By that date, all the clubs will have received the official communications that are still missing and that will regulate the return of the public to the stadiums, a regulatory process still being defined – as the Juventus club itself recalled yesterday – which will have to take into account not only the compulsory green pass for access by fans to the stadium, but also for the color of the region they belong to in relation to the Covid 19 infection index. According to the first decisions, in fact, in the white zone the percentage of 50% will be valid for the access to outdoor facilities, but just being in the yellow zone will drastically lower the limit to 2,500 people. Hence also the difficulty of preparing a season ticket campaign on which the Juventus club will only reflect once it has received the guidelines.
The numbers
Staying on the numbers, it is therefore presumable that for Udinese-Juventus 12,566 paying spectators could see themselves in the stands, or half of the 25,132 capacity. All this, of course, if the region is in the white zone. On the discussions concerning the percentage of capacity, yesterday Udinese had its say in a speech to Radio Marte by the director Pierpaolo Marino: «Capacity at 75% or the championship that does not start? I don’t think it will happen and it would be very serious for the whole mechanism. Undoubtedly, this capacity would be better than starting with a small number. Today we have to navigate on sight, if going forward there were any worsening, I believe that any discussion would fall. Vezzali’s position is very intelligent, but at that point at 50%, 75% or 100% what changes? In reality, the gatherings are the same. If the infections do not increase and you remain in the white area I do not see why not to give 100%, obviously with the green pass or with a buffer in the previous 48.
