The programmatic lines were presented yesterday in a press conference, which was attended by the vice president Matteo Roncalli, the head of the youth sector Massimo Agnello and the two reference figures for competitive and grassroots activities, namely Mauro Cappellaro and Fabrizio Melanco.

“First of all we can confirm that the investments and the importance given to the nursery will not be affected in any way by a possible negative result of the first team”, underlined Roncalli, who from now on will act as a link between the managers of the nursery and the board of directors.
They speak of the “uniqueness” of the project, as “we have never stopped and will continue the activity even in the summer, being the best months in which to play football. We want to stabilize ourselves among the top four or five amateur clubs at the top in the youth teams ».
Among the salient points, to underline the birth of the working group called Union process, where a working group called “Top” creates and follows the football of the present and the future. After that the staff will be composed of technicians almost all licensed Uefa C and Uefa B, including five graduates in Motor Sciences, and four trainers of goalkeepers.
