The “Watermelon Game” for Nintendo Switch continues to gain popularity with its new multiplayer modes and upcoming online battle version. Originally a built-in test software for projectors, “Watermelon Game” was launched on the Switch Nintendo Digital Store in 2021 and has now exceeded 7 million downloads.

The game offers three modes for players to compete in: “Classic”, “Limited Time”, and “Attack”. In the two-player “Classic Mode”, players aim to achieve the highest score before their box is filled with fruit. The “Limited Time Mode” adds intensity with a 5-minute time limit, while the “Attack Mode” allows players to send evolved fruits to their opponents’ boxes to secure a win.

The two-player mode is currently available as an “offline battle version”, with the online battle version set to be released on May 31. The game has also gained popularity on social media, with the official Watermelon Game Twitter account announcing the new multiplayer modes and upcoming releases.

With its continued success and growing community, “Watermelon Game” is set to become a staple in the gaming world, offering players a fun and competitive experience.
