2 of the 17 missionaries kidnapped in Haiti in mid-October freed

by admin

Two of the 17 North American missionaries kidnapped in Haiti in mid-October were released: this was announced by the American church to which the missionaries belong. Sixteen of them are American and one is Canadian. They were kidnapped by a gang on the outskirts of the capital Port-au-Prince. “The two hostages who were released are safe and sound, in good spirits and have been taken in charge,” the organization Christian Aid Ministries explained in a statement posted on its website.
