A Russian cruiser in front of Puglia

The fleet of the Kremlin goes out to sea to challenge the West. Everywhere, from the Baltic to the Pacific, submarines and frigates took off last week to show the world the Russian will to carry on the confrontation with the Nato: a display of power that seems to have gone very close to the Italian coast. In fact, several analysts have reported a new sortie of the most powerful unit in the Ionian Sea, near Puglia: the cruiser “Varyag”, twin of the “Movska” sunk off Odessa, is apparently heading towards the Adriatic.
