According to CCTV News today, according to Japan’s “Yomiuri Shimbun”, the Japanese government will start from the 10th local time.restarted the entry procedures for foreign tourists that were suspended due to the entry countermeasures against the new crown epidemic.

Earlier, on May 26, local time, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said that Japan will resume allowing foreign tourists to enter from June 10.

On January 19 this year, the Japan Government Tourism Bureau announced that about 245,900 foreigners will enter Japan from January to December 2021.This is the lowest record since statistics began in 1964.

As of 18:00 on June 9, local time, there were 16,813 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and 23 new deaths in Japan in a single day. As of now, Japan has a total of 9,010,547 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and a total of 30,847 deaths.
