Alabama, shooting in a church: at least one dead and several injured. Stopped a suspect

Several people were shot in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, inside the Episcopal Church of Santo Stefano. “We have several people who have been shot dead,” said Captain Shane Ware of the Vestavia Hills Police Department, quoted by CNN. A suspect – police warn – was arrested, but his identity was not revealed. On the spot an impressive array of police and rescue vehicles. Vestavia Hills is a town of 39,000 inhabitants south-east of Birmingham.
