Bogotá February 8, 2023. Tunja is celebrating for the Tour Colombia. The streets vibrated with the multicolored platoon, which graced the streets of the capital of Boyacá. Hullabaloo, happiness and cheers accompanied the constant pedaling of the 137 runners who started in the third stage, which Alejandro Osorio won after a powerful sprint. Open arms and joy.

The circuit in Tunja, 12.9 km per lap, for a total of 141.9, was a route that demanded everything from the cyclists, but only eight of them managed to fight for the stage victory: Alejandro Osorio, Rodrigo Contreras, Rigoberto Urán, Jonathan Caicedo, Egan Bernal, Iván Ramiro Sosa, Adrián Bustamante and Edgar Cadena. But it was Osorio, who gave him power in the last 200 meters, to surpass Contreras at the finish line.

“I really enjoy these types of circuits, they suit my conditions very well and today it was demonstrated,” Osorio highlighted with a smile, who took advantage of the moment to thank the team for its work. “My teammates are always ready for me,” recognized the rider, who in January had also celebrated the victory in the Road Nationals in Tunja.
