Seen from below, packed in the green nets of the scaffolding, the cranes motionless to fix them, the sheets torn and fluttering from the balconies all the same, the rubble on the sidewalks and the ground floors now parking for mopeds, the feeling of abandonment is the same: rows and rows of ghost apartment blocks.
