The company has announced that it has already delivered more than 70 million doses to the European Union so far and will substantially exceed 80.2 million doses by the end of June. “All other measures requested by the European Commission were rejected, and in particular the Court found that the European Commission has no exclusivity or priority right over all the other contracting parties”, writes the company in a note welcoming the judgment.
