Avaí secured a place in the semi-finals of Catarinense Fort Atacadista 2024. The team beat Joinville 4-0 this Saturday (16/03), at the Dr. Aderbal Ramos da Silva stadium, in Florianópolis. Avaí joins Barra FC, who on Friday (15/03) confirmed their presence in the semi-final by eliminating Figueirense.

Ava’s victory began to be built in the first half. Jonathan Costa opened the scoring at 24 and Gabriel Poveda, with a penalty, made it 2-0. The third came in the first half, again with Gabriel Poveda. At the beginning of the second half, Avaí confirmed the victory with Garcez’s goal.
