BBC is under siege. With the Diana scandal, independence at risk

LONDON – No, it’s not there Bbc: it is the unscrupulous tabloids, in general, who behave this way. Yet the British Broadcasting Corporation finds itself in the dock as the infamous British popular press, put on trial for the 1995 interview with Princess Diana, deemed a shameful example of irresponsible and fraudulent journalism. Principles Wiliam e Harry accuse her of having ruined relations between their parents and even being the cause of the tragic death of Lady D: “We are three in this marriage”, the famous revelation of the interview, say her children, was “a scoop obtained by deception, which stole her life”.
